    inclusion powell river protects the privacy of personal information of individuals and their families and of our employees, volunteers, and service contractors.     What information do we collect?

    You can access our website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. When you register for events, submit a referral for services, or use any form on our website, we collect the personal information you provide us. Inclusion Powell River will not sell or provide your personal information to a third party for any other purpose than to provide your services as requested.

    When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Our site uses cookies, which lets us keep track of how many people visit our website and how frequently each page is visited. We only use cookies to track page popularity and to improve the quality of the site. For more information on cookies, please check your browser’s settings.

    Consent

    When you provide us with personal information to complete a form, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. You can choose not to disclose any personal information we may ask you to provide. However, a decision to withhold some personal information can result in our inability to provide you with our services. Where possible, we provide alternate means of submitting your personal information to us. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

    1. Print out this request form
    2. Fill out the form with a black or blue pen
    3. Sign the form
    4. Mail the form to our main office (you can find our address at the bottom of this page) or drop it off in person at our main office with Attention Privacy Officer clearly written on the envelope
    Third-party services and links

    Our website links to a number of third-party applications and sites.

    In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

    However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways like Canada Helps and Stripe, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
