2022-2027 Strategic Plan

Every three years, inclusion powell river develops a new Strategic Plan. The purpose of strategic planning is to:

  • Re-focus our priorities and allocate our resources (like time, employees, and money) to ensure we are achieving our goals
  • Use feedback and input to guide our decision-making throughout the organization
  • Identify our strengths and weaknesses as an organization to improve our process and service delivery

Our process

We worked with an external facilitator over nine months to develop our five-year strategic plan. In 2026, we will begin the process again.
